I use a software called "Snagit", that essentially takes screen shots - you can compress. I've got an Avatar I'm holding back on (but I will reveal at some point) - it is a shot of Colt Ryan blocking Tyler Zellers shot (from behind) into the Washington student section during the Seymour Semistate two years ago - it is AWESOME!

Click on 'user control panel' at the top menu bar.

Next, click on 'profile' under the menu appearing on the left.

Then, click on 'edit avatar' now appearing in that same left menu.

Finally, you simply click 'browse' and locate the picture file on your computer and upload it. However, if you get an error message stating that the picture must be 6 KiB or less, then your picture is not compressed enough.

If you run into that problem, let me know and I can help you with it.

That is a nice avatar. I think that everybody's are pretty cool.
I just changed mine. I think that the picture might be a little too small, but what do you guys think?
