Monie Hudson, a junior college transfer out of
Southeastern Illinois College, will have two years of eligibility at
the University of Evansville. Hudson, a guard, is an all-around
player. He can play defense, dish the ball, or pull up and shoot the
three. He led SIC to 28-7 and 24-5 records the past two seasons,
respectively. A two-year member of an all-region team, he was also
named 2008's region player of the year.
Marty Simmons said, "Monie is a great addition because of his
experience and his maturity. He comes from a very good
program that's won a lot of games in the last couple years." Evansville has no scholarships remaining. |
